Acceptable Use and Access Policy
Effective August 2, 2026
AeroHolos holds the operating knowledge of DeWitt AeroTech, AeroWorks, and GhostWorks. Using it comes with a few non-negotiable rules. They exist to protect the company, its customers, and you.
Your account
- Your account is yours alone. Never share your password, your authenticator codes, or an active session. There are no shared accounts.
- Multi-factor authentication is required on every account, always.
- Use a strong, unique password (a password manager is expected), and lock your screen when you step away.
- If a device with AeroHolos access is lost or stolen, or you suspect your account is compromised, tell the system administrator immediately so sessions can be revoked.
Company information
- Use AeroHolos for company work. Access only what your roles give you; never attempt to work around an access control, and report it if one fails open.
- Respect classification labels. Confidential and Restricted material stays inside AeroHolos — do not export, screenshot, or forward it to personal accounts, personal devices, or outside services.
- Export-controlled and defense material: GhostWorks and other defense-controlled information may be subject to U.S. export-control laws (ITAR/EAR). Do not share it with anyone — inside or outside the company — who is not explicitly assigned to the program, and never move it outside controlled systems. When in doubt, ask before you share.
- Do not upload malicious files, other companies' confidential information you have no right to hold, or unlawful content.
Working with the assistant
- The AeroHolos assistant answers only from records you can already see. Verify consequential conclusions against the cited sources before acting on them.
- Do not paste secrets (passwords, keys, personal data that doesn't belong in AeroHolos) into assistant prompts.
Respect for colleagues
- AeroHolos is not a surveillance tool. Do not use it to monitor colleagues beyond your legitimate role in coordinating work.
- Records are professional and durable. Write what you would stand behind later — history in AeroHolos is append-only.
Enforcement
Access actions are logged. Violations can lead to access removal and disciplinary action, and unlawful conduct (including export-control violations) can carry personal legal consequences. Honest mistakes reported promptly are handled as what they are — the fastest way to make a problem small is to raise it early.
Acknowledgement
Activating your AeroHolos account and confirming "I understand my assigned access" records your acknowledgement of this policy and the Privacy and Data Notice.
