Accessibility Statement
Effective August 2, 2026
Everyone at the DeWitt companies should be able to use AeroHolos. We aim for the platform to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat accessibility gaps as defects, not enhancements.
What we build for
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus states.
- Labeled form controls, meaningful headings, and status conveyed with text — never color alone.
- Screen-reader-compatible components with correct roles and names.
- Text contrast that meets AA in both light and dark themes.
- Layouts that work at 200% zoom and on phone-sized screens.
Known limitations
- Documents uploaded by teammates (PDFs, spreadsheets) may not be accessible; ask the document owner for an accessible copy if you need one.
- Some data-dense tables are easier on larger screens; we are improving small-screen presentations over time.
Tell us
If anything in AeroHolos is hard to use with your assistive technology or setup, report it like any other defect — through a friction report in AeroHolos or directly to dewitt@aeroworks.com. Accessibility fixes are prioritized with security fixes.
